Eating well with Avocados

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated.  Guacamole is a great way to get a healthy dose of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and good fats that come from avocados.  And when you add in garlic, which boost your immune system and a little Himalayan pink salt which contains more than 80 minerals you’ve got a healthy and tasty snack or compliment to any meal.

Star’s Simple Guacamole

4 medium avocados

1 large clove of garlic minced

1/2 juice of a lime

pink salt to taste

So simple, so healthy, so tasty.
