Yoga and Meditation Today

So happy that my favorite yoga studio, Mother Nature, is open again!!!! Spring has officially arrived in the South. 🌻
In my meditation today I used the earth mudra where your ring finger and thumb are touching. The earth mudra improves digestion and gives energy to the body. In my home practice I snapped a pic of me going into down dog? Woot. Down dog is a wonderful asana to calm the brain and relieve stress. Try it outside in the fresh air with the birds singing and sunshine for even more calming benefits.
